On the eve of the 1997 handover, violence is rampant with triad forces causing chaos in Hong Kong. The triad gang leader assigns his right-hand man Ah Lok to take charge of the drug trafficking business. However, Ah Lok turns out to be an undercover police officer who unveils a shocking political conspiracy during the investigation.
