Eight years ago, the family in a Hakka-walled village was torn apart during a combative winter solstice dinner. Eight years later, their cousin returns home from England and seeks to reunite the family for another winter solstice dinner. While things seem to be falling apart, this dinner may well be an opportunity to mend relations.
